How do I make it stream instead of having to wait for the entire file to download?

These videos are produced to by played with Window Media Player.  However, if another media play gets installed, chances are it will become the default player instead. 

Open Windows Media Player and maximize the window so you can see the top menu bar that has File, View, Play, Tools, and Help.

Click on Tools and then Options

Select the tab File Types and make sure the check is in the checkbox, and that it has a white background.  If your browser isn't streaming this checkbox is probably grey or looks different.  You may have to click this checkbox multiple times until it's checked and the background is white.
